Sujet
- Background: Adhesion-regulating molecule 1 (ADRM1) functions as a proteasomal ubiquitin receptor. It has been shown to recruit the deubiquitinating enzyme UCHL5 at the 26S proteasome and promote its activity. ADRM1 is homologous to the Rpn13 subunit of the 19S complex in yeast [Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q16186].
